Good atmosphere, quick service. Experience was very good. Only issue I faced is, the service coupons were not very clear. For High maintenance miles coupon what is the min and max mileage to be approved for high maintenance coupon.
Tyler Heishmann did a great job of service while working on my Lexus RX 450 h and rent me a car because it won't be done right away and the technician don't want.to rush the job.They want quality service.

An online search for my desired car led me to Lexus of Henderson and Denise Bortnak. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful and personable. Made the entire process easy. Approved my loan remotely. The next day I came in and drove my new LX off the lot. I’m a very happy customer. I was able to schedule my service appointment via phone. The representative was able to provide me with information regarding my last service and recommend current service. We dropped off our vehicle and were greeted immediately. Stephen, the service rep, text me indicating he would send me a text when the service was completed. In less than the estimated time, Stephen text me indicating the service was complete and that no additional services were noted. The experience was great and expeditious.
Tyler was nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. I always have a good experience when visiting here whether I'm waiting on my car to get looked at or to drop it off for maintenance. The waiting area was clean as well.
