Very poor communication. Sat at dealership 3 hours and then told didn’t even get to car yet. Given a loaner and got my car back 2.5 weeks later. Some of my emails for an update went unanswered. Still even waiting for an answer to one now, been a week and a half!

. Extremely disappointing experience with Lexus of Henderson, particularly with the finance department and the overall lack of customer service and transparency.
I was putting approximately 80% down and financing only a relatively small portion of the vehicle. I had already secured a better rate through my credit union, but I chose dealership financing purely for convenience. I was initially told by the salesperson that the rate would be 3.99%, only to be presented with 4.99% during the finance process. That discrepancy should have been communicated clearly and upfront, and the way it was handled left me feeling misled.

This was probably my best dealer experience I ever had. Got a great deal and great car very happy with purchase so far. I look forward to learning anything about this car. Justo who was salesman handled our case very professional handled. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great luxury car. This was a pleasant experience.

They were pleasant. The service was for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes there. Much too long and much too expensive. In the future , I will not return to them for this service again.
Disappointed when I went with my wife for a 40k service, and they tried to sell an alignment as part of "their" 40k service. It's no longer what's necessary for these routine services, it's what they want to do at $200 an hour. You would never align a car with 40k miles and the original tires, total ripoff. Sold us a car with a broken water pump and bad control arms- two days after buying it we find out that it needs around $7k worth of repairs. We had to get the DMV involved to return the vehicle, and getting our money back has been a tedious process that is taking way longer than reasonable (vehicle still shows a pending payment due from Lexus Financial Services). Overall a pretty bad experience.
They fixed my car, which is what I expected. I was impressed by the automated texting to communicate the service progress. Service Rep seemed genuine and customer oriented.

It took almost 3 hours for an oil change which I made an appt for. Was given a hard time about the promotion that was emailed to me. Was told my car would be washed and vacuumed. Car was rushed through wash and not vacuumed. I only had the expectations that were given to me and they failed.

My paperwork for my previous service was not correct, when I got home I had to dig the paperwork out and now have to take it back to the dealership to have my file updated to show my vehicle was in fact serviced at 30,000 miles. In addition all 4 of my wheels are now scratched around the lug nuts which were not there before. Very disappointed in this visit and not what I expect from Lexus.
