The service team stepped up theirs game since my last visit. The people taking cars and getting the ball rolling are actually friendly and efficient. The service people inside have always been great and helpful. Dave Torella went above and beyond with service even with some difficulties on the dealerships end. Jayce messer was awesome in closing out my service and was absolutely fabulous. Michelle is always my goto person for everything I need! Love you guys! Thanks for all you do!

The Service Crew is very friendly and helpful. The lounge is always stocked with refreshments. The TV area should supply the remotes, as both turned off automatically and it was kinda boring and awkward for everyone. None of the staff seemed to notice. The car wash should be an uplifter after spending a good amount when receiving your car back, but I always seem to have to clean the interior more AFTER than before the “wash.” I think this could be improved seeing how customers wait longer for the car wash than opting out.

Service itself was great and they washed the car! But they told me i was like 3 months too early for my first service! Then why did they send me an email to make an appointment for my complimentary 6 month service? After getting the email I went online to get an appointment. Nothing was said that it was too early. Hopefully my 1 year complimentary service will wait until about April-May 2020.

Javier was very knowledgeable of the and everyone was nice. They worked very hard to get me the deal I needed. when I call Javier to ask questions he always make sure to take the time to make sure I understand the answer. If he does not have the answer he is very prompt in getting back to me with the correct answer.
