Landon was great! The 4’s instead of 5’s is due to seatbelt check could have been done quicker, I was given a loaner. I didn't plan on that as I had an appointment with Lexus. I wouldn't think checking seatbelts would take more than about 30 minutes. Also 3 charges were added on after I thought we had come to a certain price for the vehicle, and I did mention to Landon but I didn't push it. Thought more about it a few days later. I called to make a deal on trades and a new Lexus TX. Dealing with Tito and Sirui made the deal nearly painless. I knew that if any dealership could get this deal worked out it would be Lexus of Henderson. Living in Arizona the dealership had all the registration paperwork sent to the AZDMV and I was there less than 30 minutes wrapping it all up once they received the package which was sent overnight.

I did not have louise i had kim and kim wanted basically nothing to do with me. I assume it was because I am young and looking at an expensive car. She made it clear not to ask her any questions about the car and told me she doesnt know anything about it. She didnt try selling me on the car and was unwilling to negotiate. If i ever went back or recommended lexus of henderson to someone I would tell them to get a different sales rep
Nothing special just average. Average car dealership, my salesman was no longer around after my sale. When I called to find out where my plates were the first couple people I spoke to seemed irritated that they had to look into it. The salesman originally told me that when I come back for my plates they would put them on and fill my gas tank. When I came in the people at the desk had to go find them and handed them to me and said have a nice day.

He made sure that my car was serviced timely and that I received clear information about the service that was needed. Walter also provided a courtesy car because it took a couple of days to get the tire for my car. The above behavior is consistent every time I have my car served. My vehicle needed a six month service. A driver picked my vehicle up and left me a loaner. I did not use the loaner, but it was here if I needed it. The service department sent me a video and explained me what they did. That was very nice and helpful. The same driver brought my vehicle back in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional .

This time she disregarded everything I had to say then despite my having a deposit down told me she couldn't hold the vehicle for me on the last day of the month. I was rushed out at the last minute despite my concerns with the condition of the vehicle having been expressed.
