Trevor at Henderson Lexus Parts Dept. is a credit to your organization. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and really knows what customer service means. I purchased a car seat cover, and Trevor was kind enough to install it for this elderly woman. I was very impressed with Trevor's willingness to be as helpful as he could be with a customer. My paperwork for my previous service was not correct, when I got home I had to dig the paperwork out and now have to take it back to the dealership to have my file updated to show my vehicle was in fact serviced at 30,000 miles. In addition all 4 of my wheels are now scratched around the lug nuts which were not there before. Very disappointed in this visit and not what I expect from Lexus.

I was a bit upset that I was there. I'd just had a 110,000 mile service that included a battery test less than a month before I returned and the battery passed. My car wouldn't start on July 2nd. The battery needed to be replaced. My question is, was the battery test minimal? I bring my car in for all of the recommended maintenance so that I'm not stranded on the side of the road.
I felt that James was 100% honest with me and didn't try to charge anything more than what I truly needed to get done on my car. I truly love dealing with honest people!
