I was a bit upset that I was there. I'd just had a 110,000 mile service that included a battery test less than a month before I returned and the battery passed. My car wouldn't start on July 2nd. The battery needed to be replaced. My question is, was the battery test minimal? I bring my car in for all of the recommended maintenance so that I'm not stranded on the side of the road.
I felt that James was 100% honest with me and didn't try to charge anything more than what I truly needed to get done on my car. I truly love dealing with honest people!

Andrew was unsure of some procedures. Otherwise, he was good and helpful. Issues we had seemed to be rooted in the finance office with missing paperwork and then lack of follow through by the office on getting the registration and tax paperwork sent to the utah dmv office in a timely manner.
