Black Line Special Edition Available on 2022 Lexus GX 460

Last year, Lexus introduced a line of Black Line Special Editions that offer a combination of sport, luxury, exclusive touches, and a special treat for its owners. It was offered in very limited numbers and has been sold out since their first offering.

For 2022, the Black Line Special Editions will return when this treatment will appear on the newly revised GX 460.

Based on the Premium trim level, the GX 460 Black Line Special Edition reflects Lexus’ core values of omotenashi – which translates into Japanese for anticipatory hospitality – and takumi craftsmanship with its unique premium finishes.

What makes each Black Line Special Edition an experience is the higher level of attention in its details in each model.  A good example is how the fog lamp garnish pops out more than ever. The 18-inch alloy wheels are finished in glossy black. A finishing touch is the blackout chrome grille surround.

In addition, the GX 460 Black Line Special Edition adds a unique Black Line lower front and rear bumper valance design, Garnet Red tail lamps, Black roof rails and body-colored door handles. You can also add roof rail cross bars to finish the overall look.

You can select your GX 460 Black Line Special in Starfire Pearl, Black Onyx or Nori Green Pearl. These paint colors compliment the exterior treatments to be found on this special SUV.

Inside, there is a black headliner to contrast the confluence of surfaces covered in bi-tone black Nuluxe with gray-colored bolster inserts and stitching. The GX 460 Black Line Special Edition’s steering wheel receives a Matte Black Ash Wood trim.
